02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the j333 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the j333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Acceptance is effective from the date you first access the Platform.

j333 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

The j333 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. j333 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the j333 Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. j333 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any particular location. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at the User's own risk and responsibility.

3.3 Single Account

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the j333 Platform. The creation of duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all Accounts being suspended and associated balances forfeited.

04 Account Registration & Security

To access the full j333 Platform, you must complete the registration process via j333 Login and provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j333 Login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify j333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• j333 will never ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from j333 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

j333 reserves the right to require additional identity or age verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

05 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the j333 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j333 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash or Easypaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes for mobile wallet transactions.
• You must only deposit funds from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• j333 does not accept credit card deposits. All deposits must be funded from personal funds the User can afford to lose.
• j333 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction where fraud, money laundering, or policy violation is suspected.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally possible. j333 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa and within the same business day for bank transfer requests.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• A separate withdrawal PIN is required to authorise all cashout requests.
• j333 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Users must provide requested documentation promptly.
• Balances accrued through Bonus funds remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• j333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

07 Betting Rules & Game Terms

All Wagers placed on the j333 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product in question — sports betting, cricket betting, casino table games, slots, instant games, and live casino. General principles applicable across all products include:

• Once a Wager is confirmed and accepted by j333, it is final and may not be altered or cancelled by the User except where explicitly permitted under product-specific rules.
• j333 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event or outcome affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any technical or data feed error.
• In the event of a system, communication, or software failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, j333 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to User Balances.
• Odds and payout rates displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable at the moment of confirmed bet placement are the binding odds for that Wager.
• j333 publishes RTP (Return to Player) figures for all slot and instant game titles. These figures represent long-term theoretical return percentages and do not guarantee any specific outcome on any individual session or Wager.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

j333 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, or other incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• j333 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

09 Responsible Gaming

j333 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users, accessible via Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your j333 Account. Self-exclusion is irreversible and prevents Account re-registration for the exclusion period.

j333 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any Account that displays patterns of at-risk behaviour, including imposing deposit limits or initiating account review without prior notice.

10 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the j333 Platform:

• Using the Platform if under 18 years of age or below the legal gambling age in your applicable jurisdiction.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or exploit any technical vulnerability of the Platform.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, or any other practice intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.

j333 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section, with no obligation to return Account balances associated with prohibited conduct.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the j333 Platform — including but not limited to the j333 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, and data — is the intellectual property of j333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No rights are granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, interruption of service, or any third-party payment provider delays. j333's total liability to any User in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.

j333 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and technical updates may result in temporary unavailability. j333 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

j333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A User has provided false or incomplete information;
• j333 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any unlawful conduct;
• A User requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions;
• Required verification documents have not been provided within the specified timeframe.

Upon Account closure, any withdrawable Balance (i.e., funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit payment method, subject to identity verification and these Terms.

14 Amendments to Terms

j333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the Platform and will take effect upon publication. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable international gaming regulatory framework under which j333 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the j333 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through j333's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via the live chat support function. j333 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of formal notification.
